Return Policy

Our Replacement or Exchange Policy:

• You can only replace or exchange products up to 2 days from the date of delivery.
• Replacement is only acceptable in case of transit damage (unboxing video required).
• If your return/exchange request is not approved through this process, it indicates that your order is not eligible for return, as the same product was sent.
• Sale or clearance sale products are not returnable.
• We arrange for replacement or exchange pickup; a flat fee of ₹150 will be charged.
• To request a replacement, please submit your request through our website.

In case we are unable to replace the item because the same product is unavailable, a refund shall be processed within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, a standard deduction of ₹150 is applicable.
